imabi Wins Fast Forward Award
Last month, imabi was honoured with the Fast Forward 2025 Award at the FFinc Awards, hosted at McDermott Will & Emery.
To be acknowledged in this way for our work tackling Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) is deeply meaningful. It validates the mission at the heart of imabi: building safer, more connected communities through powerful digital safeguarding tools.
This recognition shines a powerful spotlight on the work we’re doing to tackle Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) and the digital safeguarding tools we’ve built to make safety more accessible, more proactive, and more human.
It’s more than just an award - it’s a testament to the mission that drives us and the communities we’re working hard to protect.
A Full-Circle Moment
What made the evening even more meaningful was seeing our CEO collect the award alongside his daughter Imogen, one of the very people imabi was named after. imabi was born out of a father’s desire to protect his daughters and ensure a safer world for them and others. For those who know imabi’s story, the platform was inspired by and named after Mark’s daughters, Imogen and Abigail.
Having Imogen there to share that moment brought the journey full circle, and served as a powerful reminder of why we do what we do.

We’re incredibly proud of this recognition and deeply grateful to Tamara Gillan and the FFinc judging panel for celebrating the work of innovators and change-makers who are pushing boundaries to create a more equitable and inclusive future.
We’d also like to send our congratulations to all the other winners and finalists - being in a room filled with such inspirational leaders and trailblazers was a privilege in itself.

A Track Record of Purpose-Led Recognition
This isn’t the first time imabi has been recognised on the national and international stage. Last year, we were honoured with the Global EdTech Award for Best Wellbeing, Safeguarding or Online Safety Product, acknowledging imabi Inspire’s impact in educational settings.
That award celebrated our work in schools, ensuring that students and teachers alike have access to tools that protect, inform, and support them in and beyond the classroom.
