      The QR code is normally there to give the general public quick access to download imabi’s app from the app stores (Google Play and Apple). By scanning the code with your mobile device, you are instantly directed to the correct app store page, making it faster and easier to install the app without having to search manually. Sometimes, the QR code can also be used as a prompt to other key information, such as safety guides, campaign materials, or event details.

From real-time alerts and educational resources to dedicated safeguarding tools, imabi Travel Guardian empowers individuals - whether in their community, travelling, or addressing concerns like Violence Against Women and Girls - to stay informed, report incidents, and feel protected every day, everywhere.o imabi Connect, offers local authorities, businesses and organisations a free, tailored platform area on imabi Travel Guardian to run custom campaigns and safety initiatives. This unique space connects institutions to imabi’s services, enabling them to proactively promote safety and wellness across their communities - whether on the move or in the workplace. oimabi Inspire, empowers students with accurate guidance and the ability to feedback and highlight concerns. imabi Inspire also helps staff, parents and safeguarding teams foster a deeper understanding of the wider culture within their educational communities. o imabi Pro, workplace compliance tool which also addresses mental and physical wellbeing in the workplace and assists employers in actively engaging with, safeguarding and providing support to their staff – both within and beyond the workplace. o imabi Portal, is a more bespoke offering for organisations, offering white label tailored to their unique safety and wellness needs. All applications seamlessly converge through the imabi admin portal, offering complete content customisation and the ability to personalise your imabi application, create guides, conduct surveys, send messages, and manage your data effortlessly. All within a centralised platform, with real-time functionality.

      Reports submitted through imabi Inspire or Pro are typically sent to the organisation safeguarding team or support team for review and action. 
 Data received on imabi Travel Guardian app is collated and used for trend analysis to give insights to make society a better place and combat specific scenarios, issues, and risks.Incident reports/concerns reported via external links accessed through imabi platform(s) will be sent to the original source manager/owner.

      Yes, reports can be submitted anonymously, if preferred by the user, or for a more personalised response and action, users are able to share their details.

      Response times for reports vary by organisation and the responsible safeguarding and support team. Reports submitted on Travel Guardian will not be directly or individually responded to. imabi will use the data as part of the research helping to tackle specific issues and create better society. Reports submitted via external links accessed through imabi platforms will be handled accordingly, in line with the reporting source’s processing times.

      Some features (i.e. location) may require an internet connection but most of the content (i.e. guides) is accessible offline. Reports and surveys can be completed offline, submission of which will send when re-connected.

      Yes, imabi works on public transport like the tube, as long as you are connected to the internet. Most of the imabi platform features will work offline.

      Survey information for the imabi free apps is collected for research and improvement purposes and is stored securely by imabi. Survey data for Inspire and Pro is managed by the relevant departments in the organisation.

      Survey results may be published on the imabi website or shared with the community through newsletters or blog posts. imabi also reserves the right to share data with relevant organisations for the purpose of creating (or improving) safer communities.

      You are always in control of when you want to share your location and who with. imabi does not share your location unless it's necessary for a specific feature or functionality as defined in the privacy policy, in which case it would specifically ask for your consent and you would be notified.

- Enter your details (phone number) 
- Enable notifications in your device’s settings – allow location permissions so you can access key safety features such as journey sharing, nearby support points, and real-time alerts 
- Complete your profile and you’re ready to go. 
 Creating an Account on imabi Inspire (for education) - imabi Inspire is integrated within your school, college, or university. 
- Account details and login instructions will be provided directly by your safeguarding or IT team 
- If you haven’t received your details, please contact your educational setting’s support team 
 Creating an Account on imabi Pro (for workplaces) - imabi Pro is integrated within your workplace 
- Account details and login instructions will be issued by your HR, wellbeing, or compliance team
